    • Yeah it has..

  • If you're going alone, its a decent deal.
Otherwise, get the whole chicken and large side for $24.95 and split it.
<$12.50ea for half chicken and chips each

    • By doing that- is the extra $1.50 for ribs any good?

      • 1/4 chicken+$1.50 for ribs

  • am i only one notice nandos restaurants are closing down rapidly? at least in sydney

They're franchises so i'm not surprised. The business model for most franchisees seems to be Step 1 - recruit new Australian franchise owners. Step 2 - make them think their new store is the key to success. Step 3. Suggest they work in the store for free to improve profitability. Step 4. Insist on a $100k refurb when they're broke and use this as terms to rescind franchise agreement.

      • Crap… my local Nandos just underwent slight reno past few weeks!

  • Does anyone know best place to buy their hot sauces? That's not so exxy?

    • +2

Costco have 1 litre of Peri Peri sauce for $10.

    • +1

Half price starting tomorrow at woolies. 125g for $1.92

      • The sauces in the supermarket aren't the same as the ones in store.

        • Yea, recipe is the same but sauce bottles are shipped from South Africa and restaurant ones are made locally (plus watered down a bit) so taste will differ slightly. Same thing in the UK.

          • @Hybroid: So if in-store/restaurant ones are watered down slightly, then small sauce bottles are better? :D

            • +1

@capslock janitor: Depends on your taste. The watered down Extra Hot is better than the small sauce bottle. Brings out more flavour somehow.

Medium other way around! The difference is minimal really so grab what you like and enjoy.

Shame they don't do the wild herb one here, it's the best by far.

              • @Hybroid: Went to local Woolies all sauce no run out of stock except Extra Bloody Hot so bought that and it's good.

                How's the RIBS?
