Been trying to get $10 port in credit for this, no luck. Anyone had any luck so far?
Hope not a dumb question, is it possible to claim gst back at all?
GST back as in what? TRS??
Yeah, would there be a tax invoice to claim gst when travel overseas?
Ok it is a dumb question then. It's a contract plan brah…:$
@Taro Milk Tea: Thanks for the answer
@Kongtc: You are welcome
@Taro Milk Tea: No it's not.
I got my P20 Pro from a JB HiFi Telstra plan, and it came with an invoice for the phone, stating $999 of gift card payment. I claimed TRS.
@Make it so: :$…
I'm not continuing this discussion further.
@Taro Milk Tea: owned !!!
@Make it so: That is very useful, thanks!
Not sure where the $59 plan comes from for this deal, but looks like a real sweetspot IMO - good amount of data and phones seem to magically get cheaper when you are on it. Does seem to lose the Apple Music trial, but no great loss there.
The phone payment on the P30 Pro is $55 p/m on the $45 plan and $40 p/m on the $65 plan, so seems a bit strange that it is only $15 p/m on the $59 plan.
Similar for the P30.
You might need to scroll accord the plans it comes with 30gb
The title is a bit misleading, it shall be like $74/month for p30 pro @ 24 momths contract, which i think it's not a good deal.
I'm pretty sure noone thinks they are getting phone only without contract at $15/mo. Whether it's a good deal is arguable, but there's no confusion IMO.
Any title will be misleading when you do not read it in its entirety. Perhaps you want Huawei P30 Pro $1176 on 2-Year Contract (30GB/Month, Unlimited Calls & Text) @ Optus instead?
Mate, I bought in cause I compared with Vodafone and Telstra and the Optus plan is so much cheaper and only 24 month contract.
$80.41 Vodafone 36month = 30GB
$86.66 Telstra 36month = 15GB
$74 Optus 24 Months = 30GB
Did you get second service 20% off . They give you 20% off if you buy two services in single day.
P30 pro does worth that much now.
Optus has increased their plan price alot.
I wish they could remain similar plan price like last year so i can resign the contract.
Otherwise i will just opt out for prepaid sim only and wait for good deals coming uo
FYI
Amaysim $30 for 30GB over 24 months costs $720
$59 over 24 months costs you $1416
Leaving $696 to go towards the P30 cost.
P30 is around $800 unlocked new online :)
so its a saving of $104 :) do with that as you will. ( for me its not good enough of a deal as i would much rather the 6.7" 4500 mAh battery Galaxy A70 as i only watch movies and you tube on my phone.
VS
the underwhelming 6.1" and 3650 mAh battery on the P30
Still way too expensive. Prices for these phones will drop soon
