I've recently purchased a Nikon D7000, 18-200mm f3.5-5.6 and a 35mm f1.8 and would love to learn how to use them properly.
I didn't find the information the first time I viewed the website, I explored further and found some of the answers. Simply copy and pasting the information here would make complete sense, then advising it is from 'x' page of the website.
I'm unsure of others but I find it particularly rude when a salesperson or rep tells potential customers to go check the website instead of assisting.
I still can't find answers on the policy of refunds and cancellations due to bad weather. Lost potential sale to me.

Yes, the tour will go ahead regardless of weather conditions. Tours are designed for the warmer months in order to minimise the chance of bad weather. One of the skills acquired on our tours is photographing in low light and overcast conditions. You do not get a photo of a rainbow with out rain
We are not God or mother nature we are a photography tour company with NO control over the weather.
2.6 If the Australian Photo Tours has to cancel your tour before the date of departure, you will have the choice of:.
2.6.1 taking an alternative tour on alternative date (and where this is of a different price you or we will refund the difference as appropriate); or
2.6.2 accepting the full refund of all monies paid.

Tuition: One on one personal tuition with your professional photographic guide, Craig Newell, on location. Everyone on tour gets the same amount of ono-on-one time and this time id totally dependent on the amount of participants.
