In best OB style - I'm going to save money on buying another bracket from Selby (who are great BTW).
Will knock down the TV wall and rebuild it with a LG 65" gap to mount the TV flush.
Thus making it look like the W series and an even better bargain!

Simply amazing… What happens when you buy a new TV then? And what is your wall made of? Just curious as it's a fabulous idea. Hide all the cables too.
If I buy a new TV it can't be smaller then the cavity I make for this one, or I'll have to fill some of it.
I feel confident TV's aren't going to get smaller anytime soon.
The current wall is double brick - however it has just been knocked down.
The new wall will be single leaf brick on the outside and 120mm stud on the inside.
The cavity will be about 1435 x 400 to accomodate the fat (48mm) bottom half with the electronics. It'll be vented thru a filter designed to stop dust coming in.
And yes, there will be a conduit in the wall down to the AVR, power, aerial socket etc so that the TV can just hang like a picture.

Ordered my 55" LG OLED on 11th (a week ago). Had it delivered on Monday 16th. Still did not received the invoice ?! Anyone else waiting for theirs? Emailed them about it yesterday but no response yet.
