These are made in France, (as noted in by the small French flag on the cover)
Ta! That's definitely a great deal!
Are these suitable for induction?
Edit: no, they are not. Says "ALL HOBS EXCEPT INDUCTION"
The Arcosteel Stonehenge at Woolworths stores are suited for induction. They are also cheaper and better than Tefal imo.
The best non stick pan i have ever used.
Example… 30cm is currently $24.I managed to get myself two of these pans and a wok when they were half price. Great kit, but I think they're being phased out as I see another brand there.
I'm having to buy a lot of kitchen stuff for the first time and trying to choose which pots and pans i should buy. Is there much difference between these pans and the Tefal ones at Woolies that are even cheaper again?
A lot.. The coating on these are much better and the bases actually have a small level of thickness. But it's like all Teflon… You leave the burner on accidently for a while and it will overheat and ruin the pan.
Haha, good insight and tip, thanks!
Been there, done that :(
You can also buy them on Ebay Big W for free delivery.
Only the 30 cm cook and clean is on half price on their ebay store.
The 26cm was also available but they probably sold out of that.
Thanks for this - the 30cm pan is half price on ebay, and free delivery with ebay plus.
Teflon is bad for health.
that's what she said
This is a very different pricepoint ($40-$90) but was looking around at frypans not too long ago.
Ended up gettng Baccarat s/s pans from House which are nice thick and long lasting, can use in everything and also can use metal utensils on.Loving them so far. House is having a sale (surprise surprise) and they are less than half price atm.

Not the French made ones?
