OzB uses markdown syntax, it doesn't seem to interpret IM style, so your comment just looks like asterisks all over the shop to me.

afaik, in addition to the lack of GSM, the P1010:
-has a slower CPU and GPU than the P1000
-has slower bluetooth than the P1000
-can't be flashed with Overcome ROM (or other ROMs made for the GSM model).i would avoid. i believe the GSM model can be had for around $400 or so on ebay. i'd say it's probably worth paying the extra.
No 3G, More expensive than Telstra's price of a few weeks ago, less space than a nomad. Lame.
