Wouldn't recommend buying this as you're probably going to get a rubbish system with A320 chipset, 2133mhz RAM and some random old GPU that the seller hasn't managed to sell off since 2017.
If the seller isn't being upfront / transparent with the specifications, you can probably assume it's going to be rather unflattering…
i'm more concerned with the power supply
A340 works ok with a 3600 and overclocking doesn't yield much performance for ryzen 2
if you need it for gaming you can sell that card for $20 and get something better… and here comes my issue with the power supply that might be bad quality and not be able to sustain consumption of a mid level graphics card

The graphics card is something worst than Radeon R5 230 2GB as that’s the cheapest upgrade option available - Hard pass! So they are just getting rid of obsolete stock as the integrated graphics is much faster.
The 3600 doesn't have integrated graphics.
I do love the thumbnail tho… "AMD 3th GEN"
