I've had an HP X360, a couple of Dell XPS 13s, a Lenovo Yoga 920 and a Lenovo X1 Carbon. The HP comes bottom of the pile for both form factor and customer service. The X1 Carbon is by far the best with the XPS 13 a close second. The Yoga and X360 have big footprints and are heavier enough to feel significant when walking around with them in your hand.
