Not sure if it will help but if you have not done so try contacting them through their facebook page. Phoning them might be another option to get it cleared up quicker. As with any help line I think they are trying to handle many requests, but I have found they do seem to want to help. If you get no luck that way you can always talk to your bank to get the credit card charges reversed.
Thanks maccam01 for your advice. Having sent them 8 emails and contact them via facebook over a week but receiving no response. 28 degreescard has agreed to contact them resolving the dispute but taking 45 days. The 2 DVDs were rented at 1pm and returned at 11am next morning.
Rented 2 DVDs and returned on time but being charged $64 overdue fee. Having written to Video Ezy 8 times but have received NO response.
