What's the sign on bonus worth?
Eligible cardholders can choose to receive the sign on bonus as either 37,500 Qantas Points or 75,000 Membership Reward Points. 75,000 MR Points is the equivalent of 37,500 airline miles in leading programs including Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer, Cathay Pacific Asia Miles and Velocity. It's also enough to redeem for $500 in David Jones gift cards or at least $400 worth of value with Ticketmaster, American Express Travel Online, shopping with points at David Jones or in gift cards for other retailers.
Need to know:
- Annual card fee of $295 p.a.
- Spend a minimum of $1,500 outside of David Jones within the first 3 months of approval to receive bonus points
- To be eligible you must not currently hold, or have closed, an American Express David Jones credit card within the previous 18 months.
