I’m sick of Cashrewards. Dodgy company. Only ever pay the small cash backs and make up so many excuses when it’s large cash back (eg. $30+).
Waiting on a $90 cash back right now and they are lying saying the retailer never passed any payment on.
Every time I buy I take screen shots and show that I only clicked through their site and have ad blocking off. It’s more pain than it’s worth. I think from now on just look for the best deal with a retailer not on cash rewards.

I’ve claimed back and transferred to my account 100s of $ with just 1 issue which they followed up for me but couldn’t resolve … wasn’t going to complain about not getting something for the hassle of clicking a link… when every other time I’ve had no issues whatsoever…
Just because you had "just 1 issue", how does that invalidate what he/she is saying?
I also had to go through a large amount of effort, stress and frustration to get $80-$90 or so from CashRewards for an item. It was a horrible situation which I would rather not repeat.

I’ve had 4-5 issues and my life time rewards sit around $380.
The point is I specifically bought an item from David Jones for the cashback when I could’ve got it from an eBay store or wait for another offer from another retailer. It’s not just about clicking a link for things you are going to buy anyway it’s about CR driving clicks through their store so they enjoy revenue from the clicks that they wouldn’t otherwise received.
