      Yes still qualified. Medipass is just a method of payment, so your invoice still shows the total amount spent.

      Bupa seems like they import direct from US/UK or they get shipped directly from the manufacturer as mine was (express posted)

      The packaging was all English. The ones I get from specsavers have a few Asian languages on packaging
