Picked one up after looking for a smaller sized tv for my room, It is a "dumb" tv but decent picture and good reviews, perfect if you already own an Android TV Box
Looks like it's on clearance

How bad are we talking for a small TV?
I wouldn’t say horrid, but it would also depend on how close you are to the TV. Certainly 1080p looks way better with content that supports it.
Are there any reasonable 1080p 32 inch tvs?
@YourImag1nat1on: I bought this under $600 almost 7 years ago, still going very well!

Not a cheapie, and the Samsung FHD 32-inch JB currently offers is over $600.
I don’t think I would have many options to replace mine without going bigger…
For $600 to $800 today, I’d say a 32-inch is not great value…
Thanks. I looked at it today. It wasn't bad but I was very close. I should stand further next time.
Options at this price point…

$20 more for smart.

$30 more for +8 inches.
Oh this is tempting but I have HN gift card, or else would have gone with this
No stock of Hisense within 200km of Sydney?
40" is frustrating. I wouldn’t mind that size for our (small) bedroom, but it’ll cost more to change the furniture to suit, so 32" it stays. Can be way better “value” between 40" and 55" even!
Thinking about this for the kid's xbox instead of getting the 32" one from Aldi for $199. Don't need a smart TV because the kids can watch Netflix, etc through the xbox.
I personally think the resolution is too low, look for a 1080p for console gaming.
Fair comment. They are currently using a 10 year old LCD so I'm thinking the resolution on the current tv is probably worse. Price is an issue. I bought a to notch panny last year and I'm looking at getting one of the new Hisense TV's for the bedroom so I don't want to sp ND too much
Went into JB HiFi in Cannington last night and saw they had 32" Soniq HD tvs for $99
bought a new soniq 32" dumb for 165 express posted on their website + 10 off code = win for a cheapy
Do you mind sharing how you got it for this price? I just signed up for the $10 voucher but shipping cost is $50 for me :(
my model was free shipping offer through their website
My single cent hasn't gone to Garry Harvey in 6 years. Looking forward to next six.
Got one for $219 @ Shepparton today. They have about 12 left in stock.
Also available at the same price at Retravision and … I forgot where else I saw it at that price. Possibly ebay
Good price but horrid resolution 1366 x 768.
