This may be targeted: Just received a text message from Red Rooster informing me that my Red Royalty account has been credited with $10 to try out their new Parmi burger.
Apparently I have 1 week to use the credit, according to the text, but doesn’t seem to have any restrictions as to what it can be spent on as it just appears to be $10 credit.
I have a Gold status membership, but unsure if that matters.
Please comment if you also received the credit, or not.

How did you get Head Office to allocate $10 to you?
You open the app, click the dropdown next to the dollars display and then click the most recent transaction. It's something that was done automatically.

I've got mine too dated on 03 July.
But looking at the transactions history on my app, there was loyalty allocation of $10 on 13 June, and refunded -$10 on the same day, so I don't know when they will take $10 back..
i had that as well but i was receiving texts telling me to use it - i always thought these were delivery bonuses cause that is so expensive

None in mine - red status but last time I ate at red rooster was 2017 so that might have been why. Probably need recent transaction within last 12 months.

I think there may be a typo. Who is going to spend $440 or more on reds in one go. Not sure you even can. It might be over multiple transactions.

It's more for the company or catering side of things, I know as I've been asked to pick this up a few times got events I was at and they got over the $440 mark rather easily with how expensive it can be for the amount of people we were talking.
Don't have that with the company anymore (im not there) and most of the events are closer to Gold status though.

No email, but got a text message today @ 10:30am AEST…. Got online, and noticed I had been given $10 "Loyalty" credit, but no mention on having to use it to get a parmi burger….
Anyhow, FWIW it appears that in Melbourne at least, the single parmi is $9.49 and the double parmi is $12.99

We just bought a whole hangry pack with a few extra sides last weekend so not keen to buy Red Rooster again so early. I wish they would extend the expiry to a full month before they remove the credit.

can you use the credit instore? via the app you can't order for pickup and use the loyalty credit, only for delivery, unless I ask them to deliver it to me at the counter! lol.

Just went and used this credit on the Parmi - it was disgusting. $7.50 for a tiny little burger that tasted like cardboard/twice killed chicken and a bottle of home brand pasta sauce, served luke warm.
Im glad i didnt get the double version, i honestly could have thrown up.
Pro tip: you can use the $10 credit for whatever you want.

so they basically just use the crappy chicken patties they use on the burgers? shame they don't use proper breast fillet patties because that would be nice in a parma burger & it should be breast meat for what they're charging.

Can confirm you are able to use the credit on any item/s you’d like, as I picked up a Hellfire burger earlier.
Also, at my local at least (Kenmore), they are offering a $5 deal including chicken loaded fries and a 250ml drink. Pretty good deal IMO.

They used to have this mega deal for $10 which had nuggets, chips, gravy, small coke can and a flayva wrap which used to be my 'go to' lunch option but the last time I went into a RR store it was now $13.
I'd say the quarter chicken n chips is the best value.

Apparently they have this Bacon & Cheese Rippa Mega Box (Bacon & Cheese Rippa Roll, 4 Chicken Nuggets, Crispy Strip, Pineapple Fritter, Regular Gravy, Small Chips & 375ml Drink) for $14.59, so that seems good value for me – I have a $5 promo voucher as well as the $10 credit in my account

Your choice of physical card, digital card in the app or give them your phone number.
The delivery has to be through Red Rooster directly and you have to login to your Red Royalty amount. Minimum delivery $25 and prices are jacked because there is no delivery fee.

maybe i just don't go at the busy times but i rarely even see one car in front of me at the drive thru at the Box Hill nth store, so looks like RR maybe getting a bit desperate for customers if they're giving out a free $10.
