Best Price Ever!

With the Bellman Espresso & Steamer CX 25P, you’ll never be a few simple steps away from rich and delicious espresso and steamed milk. Create espresso and steamed milk that will rival your favorite local cafe – all with the heat of your stove.

This espresso maker brews espresso that’s akin to the stove top espresso you could get from a moka pot. It’s intense, it’s topped with crema, and it’s great alone or paired with milk. Brew anywhere from 3-9 cups and serve the whole crew.

The attached pressure gauge lets you know exactly when enough pressure is built up to brew a balanced shot. It also tells you just the right moment to stop brewing.

The cafe-style steam wand is designed to rival commercial espresso machines. With it, you’ll be able to create that creamy, silky steamed milk you love in cappuccinos and flat whites.

you’ll never be a few simple steps away from rich and delicious espresso

I'm guessing that means I'll always be many complicated steps away from rich and delicious espresso if I buy one of these. What a quandary!

  • so what are the simple steps ?

and is it easy to clean ?

    • From webiste "Bellman Brewing Instructions:

Add water to the reservoir for your desired yield.
Add ground coffee using one of the pre-measured scoops based on your desired yield.
Place the Bellman Espresso & Steamer CX 25P on high heat.
Just before the gauge reads green, let the espresso fall into a mug and maintain the pressure at the start of the green zone until you have poured the espresso. Remove from heat if need.
Place the unit back on heat until the gauge reads near the top of the green zone, and use the steam wand to froth milk in a jug. Add steamed, frothed milk to your espresso and enjoy!"

Cleaning is easy yes, simply wash with running soapy water after

      • Any chance of some discount shipping codes for minimum purchases? You guys have a great range but $10 shipping on $10 worth or hario filters means I have to look elsewhere.

I've used this for about 3-4 years? Never made coffee with it, but always used the steamer (to steam milk) and yeh it's super easy to clean. Even if you made coffee with it, it would be super easy to clean, there are IIRC 3-4 separate parts when you open it up. In terms of cleaning its simple.

How good/complicated is it for making coffee? Unfortunately I can't help there.

For steaming milk? 100% perfect, the only slight downside I would say (now that I can compare because I have a bes920 with milk wand) is that when it it's at full pressure, the steam is super strong. So steaming milk means you can only make minimal mistakes.

EDIT: Must mention I have the model that doesn't have the temp. gauage

      • I have the Bellman milk steamer. I am not super happy with it, barely use it. It takes ages to get to pressure on my gas cooktop, and it seems to over froth the milk. I've had a couple of espresso machines in the past and we have one at work so I don't think it's my abilities.

It doesn't do a bad job, it's just a bit tedious.

  • I have the one that is a steamer no steam guage for milk only, about $129, and use nanopresso for coffee. This seems a good deal, though I prefer my setup, but I would buy this for $70 extra.

  • Wait, so it's an expensive machinetta with a steam wand?

  • $238.95 in cart with coupon applied?

  • Hey rep, purchased one from you about a year ago. Only really use it when travelling. I find it really hard to pull a good shot from these. Have you personally used one and if so have you got any tips? For reference I've got an e61 machine I use daily and I'm not expecting a shot of the same calibre, but close would be nice.

  • I own this and I can't recommend it, it works but it just doesn't produce nice coffee regardless what the reviews say. Steamer for milk is good, but the rest is just a pain for poor results.
I can however recommend the Flair https://www.flairespresso.com/product-page/flair-signature and alternative brewing.

  • Hey rep literally bought this 2 weeks ago at full price… any kick backs?

Haven't had an issue with the quality of coffee. You'll need to have a little play with the grind size and pressure before opening the tap to get it right.
It also comes with a little insert which, according to the manual, is for producing either 3/6 cups. I never brew with this insert - I fill right to the top of the cup and instead use the insert to tamp the grind. I also fill the unit with boiling water - much quicker to get to pressure and prevents the coffee from burning.
There's enough steam at 2 bar to heat 2 jugs of milk.
