Last time I bought one from Voda, they had the unlock code on their website.. Does that only apply to more expensive phones or all???
Also, same price as DSEs deal a month ago..no idea but usually for prepaid phones you need to recharge to a certain amount before they give you an unlock code
you could always use of the online or ebay unlocking sites that cost a couple of $.

I got mine unlocked for $15 at Cash City Maylands, so for less than $40 I have an unlocked phone.
