Hi All,

Not sure if this has been posted but couldn't find it as part of the long running deals

I used this today for a late delivery from the recent CUB Goose Island Session IPA deal as it was guaranteed to be delivered by yesterday and in still in transit.

Went into eBay purchases, selected report late delivery and received a $10 voucher straight into my eBay account which I just used for a Xiaomi Mi Power Bank 2S powerbank $18.95, down to $8.95 delivered.

You have 30 days from late delivery to claim your voucher so any CUB deals from the last month make sure you check your purchase history as it will all be listed.

Not all sellers use the Guaranteed Delivery option, but it's sure good to hold them to account if they do

Lastly I'd previously believed this to be a $5 vocuher but mine was a $10 voucher today, so please let me know in the comments what you have received

Note: Coupons will be available in My eBay and they expire 30 days from the date they're issued. To redeem the coupon, enter the code at checkout.

    Wish this applied to all sellers .. I ordered a phone from a Sydney seller on Sunday (I'm Brisbane based), I got notification shipped on Monday .. I checked today Thursday and still sitting at shipment information Approved.. contacted seller they say sorry courier driver did not collect it! Now they tell me Monday delivery

    does this voucher stack with other vouchers?
    (I know ebay doesnt let you stack vouchers together - but wondering if this is considered a voucher, or giftcard.

        Easy solution - just buy a $10 ebay/paypal gift card with the $10 off code. Then you can apply the gift voucher and then whatever discount code is relevant.

    I have purchased and Jen that was meant to be delivered a few days ago but when I try to report late delivery for the past few days I always get the error message:

    "Sorry, reporting a late delivery isn't available right now. Please try again later."

    Any suggestions why I may be geting this message or any suggestions?

        Have tried for several days and still get the same message.
        It may depend on postage tracking as sellers that put a tracking number up seem to work fine, I've only had issues where a tracking number hasn't been provided by the seller.

          I didn't receive an item by the guaranteed delivery date. Used the report late delivery link (no tracking number added by seller, only marked as posted) and the first time it didn't work. I then tried again a couple hours later and got my $10 off code right away.

    Has anyone been getting the voucher lately? I'm with eBay Plus and yet when I go to report, there's only a shipping fee refund but I don't even think that goes to me. I don't see the $10 voucher whatsoever. Items are 3 days and 2 days late respectively.
