Mine hasn't even been sent out yet. I had guaranteed delivery for today, so, come 12:01am tomorrow I'll be claiming that $10
just emailed them they said there ebay system was playing up and that they would be sent tomorrow. Only thing is though I just got a refund from paypal. I would prefer the product and because they did the refund you can not get the 10 dollars
Thanks for sussing it out and the heads up, but why/how did you get the refund from Paypal? I'm guessing instead of the option to 'report late delivery', you clicked the 'I didn't receive it' option in ebay, which lodged an issue and cancelled the order?
@stevo82: mmmh, quite bizarre really, any idea what happened then? Who initiated the refund?
I'm reluctant to contact the seller in case they go ahead and push through a refund, but at the same time, still hasn't been sent out as yet.

Yeah, exactly the same situation mate - someone a couple comments above said CUB initiated a refund, which I'm keen to avoid as well. Sent a sheepish message very late today, don't expect to hear back for a bit. Frustrating as I sense what may lie ahead.
I received my order yesterday well past my guaranteed delivery date after a long wait . I claimed $10 voucher from eBay and then opened a query with the seller asking when it will be shipped couple of days ago . They told me it’s already shipped and I should receive it . I complained about the delay - they refunded me the $25. Free case of cider + $10 for not meeting guaranteed delivery . Impressed with the customer service from both eBay and the seller .
Beat me only the $10 X 2 and delivered today . Actually not a bad drink with my dinner :)
