      I've had two recently get missed for some reason. (Being looked into by Cashrewards)
      But usually, they track.

      • If you are using the browser extension it shouldn't have problem

      My three purchases did NOT track.
      TA was meant to assist, then I emailed everything through…

      Still didn't receive confirmation that they've tracked.

      Unreliable in my experience.

Also made the assumption the message was sorted by first send date, rather than last response date, so missed it. OK, in that PM I asked you to contact support. Can you please supply the ticket number and/or your CR email address and I'll let you know where it's at. I can guarantee you the ticket has been responded to (please check junk/spam folder), and we're quite possibly awaiting further information from your end. Thanks.

                  As per last PM, (and email received) none of those purchases have been confirmed tracking for cashrewards.

                  I cannot and will not vouch for this service until it is successfully trsckedz and confirmation received.

                  Please do not ask me to remove these comments, as they are my experience with Cashrewards.

                  Once resolved, and cashrewards is confirmed, I'm happy to update the feedback.

                  I believe it is only fair and reasonable to share with fellow ozbargain members my experience, in response to their questions.

                  Please remain professional and once resolved, I'd be happy to provide success of it being tracked.

                    @movieman: Hi Movieman. Putting this here for transparency.

                    Please look at your original comment, and you'll see how poorly it's worded, making us (CR) and me sound like we've not assisted. I did help and we did respond on May 10. Maria added the transactions to your Cashrewards account as pending on that same day and lodged a claim with Groupon.

                    By your own admission, you received a ‘we are processing’ error at checkout, meaning through no fault of Cashrewards, your sale failed to track. Groupon has been told this in the claim and we wait for them to hopefully approve in your favour on or before the due date.

                    Had your sale tracked, you'd still be in this position waiting for the transactions to move from pending to approved. I'm not sure what more I (and we) could have done, but anyone reading that comment would think you've been badly done by and we'd totally left you in the lurch. Nothing could be further from the truth.

                    I'm more than happy that members share their experiences on these forums, but only if they provide genuine feedback with factual statements.

                  • @movieman: Hi again. An update. 3 of your 4 Groupon transactions are now approved in your CR account. The 4th was declined, as according to Groupon, you initiated a cancellation and accepted a refund for the order. Thanks.
