Something to consider - the Acer deal only has stock at the end of the week, then the process of handling the cashback, and then waiting for the cheque to arrive. I guess it depends on how much you value your time.
Also I'm sure many people wouldn't trust Acer for quality cases. Toshiba on the other hand, is more durable.
where is the BluRay drive in Acer? and you are willing to pay extra $100 + cashback price upfront!
It doesn't have one, and yes I personally would for the 2nd gen quad core cpu, gigabit ethernet, better graphics card and free delivery. Not saying this is a bad deal or anything.
i picked this model up from clive peters during the 40% off sale for $700.
