  • I wonder if there will be a 9T Pro with an 855. So wish the 9 had a 4K battery. That last deal you posted on the 9 was so tempting!

  • This phone or Pocophone F1 would be better? Been waiting for a deal on the latter… This one looks inferior specs wise?

    • Certain aspects of each are better. For example the camera and display would be better in the Mi 9 SE.

    • Pocophone F1 is really good phone, but unfortunately, I really want NFC and B28.

  • Has anyone used geekbuying before? Lots of mixed reviews online.

    Assuming no warrenty in aus

    • +1

I've personally purchased a Mi Mix 2s, Mi Pad 4, and various other random tidbits from geekbuying. Not a single problem with any of the goods. Everything has always arrived within 10 business days with Australia direct line (usually in the country within 5, but auspost is a joke).

  • Is this price +GST?
Also what is the best price delivered incl GST for Redmi note 7?

    • GeekBuying don't charge GST and since it's under $1000 AU you won't be charged GST by customs either.

  • -1

Still no Mi 9 Ocean Blue 6GB/128GB deal ? Banggood and . Gearbest are doing mad deals but charge GST

    • Nothing at the price you wanted unfortunately.

  • What about a deal for Redmi note 7 have seen it around the $265 mark cheapest for 4GB 64GB
do a deal for the weekend as I need to buy then

    • Redmi Note 7 would cost about $190.99 US. Just note that all Global Versions are the EU variant which incorrectly states B28.

  • No need B28 so what would that be in AUD
as IO have noticed using a currency converter does not always give
the asking price at some websites.
at $190 brings it to $277 but no such pruices on your website

    • $278.74 AU using today's Mastercard and Visa exchange rate. That price would require use of a coupon.

Issue with conversions is that if you use PayPal's inflated rate or a card without currency conversion fees you'll pay more. Another issue is that websites have their own inflated rate or don't advertise their GST charge (e.g. Banggood/Gearbest).

I am looking 7th anniversary deal since yesterday. just 6pm today to 6pm tomorrow, they discounted Mi 9 SE from USD329 to USD299. And USD289 with USD10 discount code. Mi9SE($423.23) or V30+($433.30). V30+ is AU Stock. Which one is good choice?

    • +2

Same here, choosing between Mi 9 SE and LG V30+. Don't know which one is a good choice.

      • +1

This might help you decide. Tough choice!

  • I'm still deciding on this Se or the mi9 from your last post. I don't know if I should fork out the extra or not.

  • @Clear

great deals lately mate, keep them coming.
Just a question….is there a difference between the mi 9t on giztop and geekbuying.
It just seems like such a great phone with the 730, bigger battery, nfc, b28 and updated audio…. just the bands mentioned are different

    • Giztop have pulled their bands from the Redmi K20 Pro while GeekBuying pulled their Mi 9T bands from Xiaomi. I'd need to double check to confirm.

      • Thanks mate…that would be great

  • In real world usage (no games), how big is the differences between SD712 and SD855 equipped phones?

  • Deal expired already?!

    • Yeah the coupon had a limit. I'm hoping to have it extended soon.

      • Yay!!

Coupon code works for me but pricing isn't what this deal listed

        Order Subtotal : AU$ 461.77

        Shipping Cost : AU$ 0.00

        Coupon Amount : -AU$ 14.99

        Grand Total : AU$ 446.78

        • Ended up taking up the eBay plus deal ! $403 delivered local stock in Sydney pays to wait sometimes

          • @Gomo: You scored a good deal then. Hard to compete when eBay takes a hit like that on behalf of the sellers ;)

            • @Clear: Yep! Guess I'm lucky! Seller advised item shipped should arrive on 26th if not earlier
