Been told by Aldi these are sold out everywhere.
I have called also a couple of times to find out about stock, and found that they are out and out liars. I even asked about stores I frequent regularly and go there the next day and they have stock of things after being told on the phone by head office that store doesnt have stock. There really is no substitute for going in.
Just letting you know i went to Aldi Kirrawee, and the manager there was great and check local stores stock, and told me there was a couple at Miranda Westfield and one at Menai.
I should clarify that when I said they suck, I was talking about the ones at head office. Managers at stores I find quite helpful.
This is dumb. Why can't they just offer it online.
Because their entire business model operates around you buying groceries in their stores

Yeah I went to my local Aldi shop and they said it is sold out since it's been for sale since last week…duhh. I have since check my current Aldi subscription and there's an option for a $99 recharge so I hope in six weeks time it'll still be there.
I had the same, last year. Was kicking myself. Rang them, visited them. Each person was confused about the product, and very limited number knew about it… seemed happy to tell me I took too long.
Then I visited a store I hadn't even thought of… Had plenty of stock. Using one now, about to use the next. Curious if I'll get 12GB or 15GB.
Funny how snooty some people get about GB's. My phone has 11.53GB internal memory. My mobile plan is 12GB/year, not a problem.

I look at this as paying $8.25/mo for an unlimited Aust calls/SMS phone plan.
The data per Gb for top ups is also super cheap @ 86c/Gb for the large topup which is great value for any Telstra MVNO and can be added with Rollover at any time so you're only adding data as you require.
