And they price jacked it. When I commented on that deal, it was still at $275

      • seems like the same company

      • Prices are dependant on the latest supply of the items and what % discount we receive.
They are not permanent but keep changing.
        Thanks

Caution - I bought from these guys, and they post lost the order. Thats not their fault but they were not very helpful after that. I pretty much lost out on a $200 sim in the last Boost deal.

I hope it was just a once off but I wasn't really impressed with them.

      Dear Buyer,
At the first place your tracking confirmed the delivery of the item as you are well aware of that. Later when we lodged the case on your response of item not received we got confirmation from Australia post about the lost of the item.
We have already refunded you the full amount even we have lost the item.

As a seller if a third party delivery company's tracking shows delivered we have to follow that but as explained later they confirmed the loss of the item. We did make a refund on that information but not because you have posted these comments here.
      Thank you.

Well, I appreciate the refund, but it's a bit suspicious that it only happened about 1 hour after I posted this.

Anyway, thank you for giving me a refund nonetheless. :)

Well just to mention that you lost the claim on Paypal and it was decided in our favour.
          But still we compensated you.

its your point of view any way what you have mentioned in your message.

We always try to do the right thing for our valued customers even we make a loss during that process.
          Thanks

You got your money back. Just take the dub bruv.

          • @idonteven: lol what? I did?

They only refunded me AFTER I posted this. As in, if I didn't say anything here, I doubt they would have paid me anything.

Paypal declined the claim as they didn't know the post didn't actually deliver it as it says 'delivered' on the Australian post system - that was the next stage, sending Paypal the updated letter from customer service saying it wasn't actually delivered. I've been trying to deal with this for a month and this is the first time Telcobiz has actually replied to anything. I've tried to explain it to them and they never chased anything up or even replied until today. I wasn't going to say anything to the strange first reply making themselves look good, as they paid me in the end but here we are lol.

Anyway, take this info as you want. I don't think I've been rude or anything, either. I hope this was a one-off, like I said. But just wanted to share my experience.

            • @Anj: We don't agree with that.
You lost the case on PayPal and we still refunded you and lost our item as well.
Do you think any seller will still give you a refund if you make a PayPal claim and lose against them.
              Thanks

  • so can this be used to port from Boost?

    • Yes you can.
But you might need to contact customer care incase.

  • Hrm the 5g is limited isnt it?

  • i am with telstra now can this deal work for me ?

    • Hi
You need to port your number out from Telstra to any other network and then port back to this sim.
This is the way this deal can work for you.
      Thanks
