I had the same problem. had to use chat to get them to update the number.

For those having issues with credit cards, make sure you have a mobile number registered with your Everyday account.

I tried this and had no success with my NAB and ANZ cards.

I don't have VPN enabled on my phone. It would appear a lot of banks are blocking any credit card transactions through the Rewards app.

Also getting an error message when using an ANZ and NAB credit card.

I would suggest getting the Charge 6 instead as their are known issues with the Charge 5 bricking after a firmware update.
