harman kardon is a recognised audiophile manufacturer but I've never heard of Harman Infinity branding. this sounds fishy to me.

It is all Chinese owned these days. Harman Kardon audio gear is no more like a lower end product such as the Sherwood brand.

Only correct if you consider Samsung Chinese, they own Harmon Kardon. Infinity was a sub brand of HK, was more known for car audio back in the day.

They bought the Infinity brand speaker. https://www.infinityspeakers.com https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Infinity_(audio)

I bought a pair last time during the sales, it is so good for that price. For $149 it is a steal.

I'll take it if it's called 'Infinity something'. Just dont mislead consumers it's a Harman Kardon product.

    • What wrong for a neg?

Infinity probably has a better name than Harmon Kardon.

        ie. HK bought UP.

HK buy many brands that are higher end than HK… example would be Mark Levinson.

But i suppose no one ever heard of that so…
