Ohhhh so yummy! - this stuff rocks!

Goes a little hard after a while in the bottle, but find a handy ice pick - and easily broken up again and sprinkle-able.

Thank you naphman! Glad you love the seasonings and thank you for the feedback regarding clumping. We have addressed this issue and it clumps less than before. Although if you store the seasonings anywhere near the stove it will attract steam and moisture and harden. So keep far away from the stove and in a cool and dry place for maximum shelf-life :)

Yes - mine are near the stove, all seasonings do harden up there.

        Good cool though!

      • Had mine in the pantry with all the other herbs and spices.
This is the only one that goes rock hard after you open it.

    • I Agree. the same thing happened to mine after 2 months of being in a cool dry place.

Hi JFK, if you are not happy with the experience just email our customer service team with pictures of the hardened jars and we will send replacements immediately.

    • Yes I just threw out a half used jar the other day - was rock solid. Stored with all my other seasonings which don't seem to suffer this effect as much.

But it was good while it was fresh, sprinkled on hot chips, etc.

I purchased this last year. I regret my purchase.

It's not their fault you became Vegan.

After reading all the hype about this stuff I bought one of each flavour last year i also regretted my purchase.

    • Not good?

      • Each to their own i suppose but i found the flavours to be nowhere near what they claimed to be and a couple seemed quite putrid as if someone had put undried cheese in them.

    • Sorry to hear you had this experience. If the seasonings seemed putrid something odd may have happened during shipping. Please get in touch with our customer service team so we can make this right for you!

Just bought a few. Never tried them before, but am looking forward to get some good spices!

    • Thank you Pumat! I am sure you will love them. Please email us if there are any issues whatsoever so we can take care of it :)

  • I have tried the bacon seasoning and it's not great. It has a high proportion of MSG and other flavour enhancers. Nothing special.

    • We changed the formulation in early 2018 to remove the MSG and other artificial ingredients. Our seasonings are now free from these and we replaced them with natural ingredients instead.

      • +4

        Isn't MSG natural?

        • +1

          Yes

  • where does it list that its certified kosher by Kosher Australia? I don't see anything on the website?

It would make sense that if they are going to the trouble of obtaining a kosher certification that it should be advertised as such.

    • Hi Gavman, we recently received the certificates and haven't had a chance to update our website for it. You can check the K-ID at Kosher Australia's website and plug in XCL-PLKR into the K-ID space to verify us.

  • Those of you that have tried and liked this product…is there a stand-out variety/flavour?

I feel a little silly asking, but do these have nitrates? Thanks 💐
