I would just like to say that even though there seems to be a lot of negativity about Zapals, every bit of “cheap junk” that I’ve ordered from them in the past has arrived. The only thing that didn’t arrive was the foldable credit card knife (deal posted by dealbot), as it was seized by customs. Zapals even randomly refunded two of my items that arrived safely and I didn’t even open a case for.
Apologies mate. I ordered the same knife and also received a notice that it had been seized.
My partner ordered some pillows and got 2 of those credit card knives as a free gift. Confused but quite handy.
I used to receive everything. Not any more.

This deal just reminded me, I vaguely remembered ordering something off Zapals last year.
Rechecked my email and yes I ordered 2 USB-c cables for $3.81 AUD last year.
They never arrived and i could see a complaint email I wrote to them after 6 weeks. The email reply said to wait some more.
…. 6 months later and I'm still waiting.

Same happened to my 5 x Bluetooth earphones that never fn arrived. And the btards just played delay tactics until I forgot completely. Screw these $#!t$
just me or zapal is shopping square on ebay as well.
bought micro sd in last deal a week ago and today i checked my paypal account and the receipt was from zapals

Ordered heaps from zapals last year and had to get it all refunded as it never arrived and they never responded.
These comments made me check if I had ever ordered anything from Zapals and sure enough I had in November last year! Scumbags never sent it either, had no clue until just now.
avoid Zapals at all cost!!!

I received everything i ordered without issue.
I've ordered a couple things from zapals, and I thought most got delivered. Just checked after reading this comment and realized I only actually received 20% of the items I ordered.
It was mostly junk I guess, but all over in it about $40.
Wouldn't trust them to deliver anything again，as I didn't receive the last 3 purchases
In the past I have got some good cheap stuff from them but my last 4 orders never arrived. Tickets raised with the last 3 orders were never replied to and I had to get a refund via Paypal. I wouldn't trust them again
Think store should be banned on OZB.. I've got about 3 missing orders never actually fulfilled at their end and past 6 months now for a refund.
Admin comments above should be sufficient to ban them for fn forever

They know damn well they haven't shipped a lot of orders but they wont give you a refund, you have to go through a Paypal dispute/claim to recover the money… SCAMMERS !
