Pretty cheap for a high refresh rate monitor, even if it is only 24" (23.6" viewable).
Has 3 year AU warranty and is cheapest I can find locally.

Comes to $209 if you have First too!
But ViewSonic has a 3years warranty compared to Kogan which has only 1 !
Just to add, ViewSonic 3 years warranty is awesome.
I doubted them at first as they're one of the cheapest brands sold in PLE and come on, the birds…On some monitors there's no "ViewSonic", only birds.
Anyway, had 2 work monitors broken due to recurring power outage.
Sent them an email with the required information, they replied within the hour! (it was like 9PM FRIDAY)
They didn't even ask the details, only told me once the monitors are nicely packed they will arrange a courier - who arrived to collect the next working day! The repaired monitors arrived a week later.
Not buying this one but they're getting a + from me.
Also VA whereas ViewSonic is TN.
However Only 95% SRGB
Any non curved?
Pretty good for the price, might get one. Thanks OP.
Shipping ain't free for NT..
Same price at Umart and CPL, but no free shipping.
Does Freesync word with Nvidia cards?
For the price this monitor is actually very, very good. I bought mine when it was on sale at Umart for $199 (I just checked and it's that price again right now for the next 5 days) and I would happily buy more and recommend them to people.
The TN panel once calibrated is very, very close to my Dell U2312HM IPS monitor (also calibrated) but there's the obviously noticeable greyish blacks but it still looks good for a TN. I don't know if I can post the link to the review where I got the calibrations but I can post them here if anyone wants. The matte texturing is also clear and not grainy like other monitors so that's big plus if you're dealing with sunlight whilst viewing this monitor. I've got this hooked up to a RTX 2060 and using freesync/g-sync (You will have to buy a displayport cable separately as the vx2458 only comes with a hdmi cable) and it doesn't experience any blanking or flickering that Nvidia saw in their initial testing of other freesync monitors.
The only con I can list is the included stand is quite frankly horrible as stated in 2 other reviews I've found online. The base is solid but the monitor wobbles so I invested in a dual gas lift monitor arm from eBay so that might be something worth looking into if you do buy this monitor. Maybe another con but depends on the person is the design and glossy plastic used but that's person to person, it's not to everyone's taste. Viewsonic also have a great dead pixel policy so any dead or stuck pixels you can go back to the retailer and get a replacement straight away. I did end up with a dead/stuck pixel in the top right corner but that policy has me covered. If you're looking for a cheap freesync 144hz monitor I'd say look no further as this one ticks most of the boxes and the one con can be fixed for around $40
Thanks. Could you post the link to the calibrations? There are few people online saying you can use G-sync for this - do you know if that's possible?
I use a 2060 with freesync so it's gsync compatible. It's just not tested by Nvidia yet but I've had no issues as stated above and you will need to buy your own displayport cable to get gsync/freesync on nvidia cards to work.
The calibrations can be found here: http://bestmonitorsbyncx.createaforum.com/monitor-reviews-by…
FWIW this Kogan curved monitor is $227 shipped for me
Same size/res/refresh
