    You quote prices excluding GST without stating that it's excluding GST. This is an illegal practice!

      Hello, thanks for your feedback :) We were only just recently required to start charging GST by law, so I've just fixed the pricing page as you suggested! Our booking page shows our prices inclusive of the GST component so it is clearly visible there. Hope that helps :D

        No, it doesn't. You have $180 for a bond clean, which adds $198 to the cost.

        It's illegal to advertise prices to retail customers without including GST

          Hi again, the GST component is shown on the left of the booking page if you're using a desktop or the top of the page if you're using mobile.

            @Simply Spotless: You don't list "bond clean - $180" and then let it add the GST once it's added to the cart/order.

            Again, that's illegal. All prices throughout the process need to include GST.
