  If you switch PS Plus region, you won't be able to play games collected in previous region.
  SEA region is normally the cheapest. But, again, if you opted for that, you would be stuck in that region. And, no, most saved games won't work and due to the way Sony operates, each region of the same titled game is different so a re-install/download is required (per game).

    I'm not sure that's 100% accurate. I have my PS+ on NA, but I own stuff from both stores. My main account is the NA one. I can't speak for any other game other than Horizon Zero Dawn as that's the only example I have, but I had saves of it from a physical AU/EU disc that work fine when I got the complete edition from US PSN
