          Worked for one of my accounts and not the other. On the same device and app and purchased the same item. It didn't say that I had already applied but a "this code can't be applied" message.

    Just worked for me.

    It's a once only application though. Tried again and it said the code has already been used.

    Hope people are remembering to use this via the Ebay Mobile App.

        hi , you need to change the payment method , worked on my 2 accounts using same paypal , third one saying code used , it worked after change to credit card payment.

      I think it might also be linked to your paypal account. If you use the same paypal with multiple ebay accounts, they might be onto you.

      Yes. After accepting the offer, just Add the (correct) Item into the Cart as normal and you will see the Offer Price during checkout, then Add Code

      I did this yesterday on an offer, using a different code.

      If you check a listing (on Desktop) with the Offer function - you can see the pop-up says "or X% off your offer price) - this example is obviously not via the App, but same thing.

    Not sure what happened using the app on android. Just bought a raspberyr pi zero. added it to the cart, used the coupon in check out (takes you to another screen) which showed it worked and listed the $3, but then it didn't seem to be applied to the total (going back to the cart view as it seems you have to after entering a valid code)… charged the full $28+GST when I then hit confirm. :/ this is why I don't use the app usually its a poorer experience then the website.
