My ticket says: Family 1 Round Trip Group of 2
From SkyBus own website: Family 1 means 1 adult and up to 4 children. Kids travel free.
So it makes sense that Adult and Family 1 are the same price.
Not sure about this as well as I'm looking to book for 2 adults even if I dont bring kids.

Good for solo travel. If travelling with more adults, it was more convenient and cost effective to use OLA with the OLADROP and OLAPICK codes.

It’s a locals hack. The bus drops you off in the Terminal 4 Car Park. It’s $4.40 for a 2 hour fare (also costs an extra $6 to buy a Myki card if you don’t have one already) and takes about an hour, roughly double the time that the skybus takes. You might encounter some undesirables while changing at Broady but nothing to worry about.
If you have an android phone you can get the myki card on Google Pay for free - instructions here at PTV.
What undesirables? I'm going to have a try. Never take the 901 bus before.
@AussieBogan: Best way to describe it is you might run into people that have come straight out of Housos, nothing to worry about though, just have your wits about you.
I have a guest going to the Avalon in June and another guest coming from the Avalon in July, can I buy a round trip ticket to be used for two separate persons?
They don't check names or anything, just scan the barcode, so I'd imagine that should be fine.
I can also confirm that they don't care which direction you actually travel, i.e. you can buy a return trip and use it for two one way trips in the same direction if you need to do that for some reason (I have needed to).
Still haven't received my tickets yet after booking 5 days ago.
