maybe try chrome (or disbale any ad blocker). when setting up for the 14day trial, I can get to the sign up page, but I don't have a spare mobile# for the activation code.

Also, I'm not sure if they realize, but it's entirely possible to download the video of completed events using a program like Internet Download Manager. The video stream is unprotected. Great if you don't have the bandwidth to re-watch things in the highest quality.
Yes, kayo seems strange on how unrestricted it is. On mobile, you can watch it on the Chrome browser (great for VR viewing) and with the app, you can watch in split screen mode. Completely opposite to the Foxtel on mobile.

Anyone else had trouble with Kayo? They have just ripped me off TWICE and I'm pretty unhappy about it.
They charged me $25 while I was on the free trial, so I contacted them to see why. It was their mistake and they offered me 50% off the next month which I said no too so they offered a refund as I didn't want to keep the service and so we cancelled the subscription.
Fast forward to today and I see this deal so I log in to find my account active. I find out my bank account has been charged again. I couldn't believe it. To top it off, now they won't refund me and are saying I didn't cancel it. They asked for a confirmation email and I said didn't get one, maybe it's another problem that's been on their end. There's obviously problems if they're charging customers before their free trial runs out but the person I spoke with couldn't have cared less and said no email no refund. Not happy Jan!
I had issues this morning, re-activated a cancelled membership at $5 on Saturday yet got charged $25 this morning.

Yep. Regular pricing kicks in after one month. Finals start about July 10 or so. I'm looking for a way to activate it in time for the US Open golf next week and still have it for the British Open starting July 18. The CWC was just a bonus.
