Take a game thats over $10 trade value and trade it in. You will get a free $15 psn card. Then you can buy the game back at trade in price (with the gift card you got from the trade in, can do this at a different eb if you shameful/shy/value dignity).

i think the op is getting confused with the vbucks teade deal.
if you trade a game wirth $10 or more for vbucks ( given to u as $15 of xbl/ psn credit) then u get i think $15 of psn or xbl credit.

Example: Trade Red Dead 2 for $15. Use the trade in credit for psn/xbox $15 credit and get another $15 psn/xbox credit.
Purchase back Red Dead 2 for $15.
You end up with $30 of psn/xbox credit for while only spending $15.
No. E.g. You trade game in for $20 eb gift card. They give u $15 psn card on top. You then use that $20 gift card to buy your game back (using eb trade guarentee, dont know official name).
So you get the $15 psn for free.
So not free really its a bonus and not all customers only those who trade a game of a certain type and value.
