I agree, the reviews aren't the greatest. For $200 a lot of those reviews are pretty irrelevant. They are from several years ago and maybe paid full RRP for the appliance,then I would be pissed.
For $199 and warranty, you would expect this to be a cheap & nasty alternative.
For the rep: Will you be adding any freestanding ovens to the clearance section soon? More than half of the ones currently listed are out of stock.
Not sure how you can go wrong for the price.

Last time I bought one of these, they never even charged my CC for it. Heard literally nothing.
I would never buy delonghi dishwasher any more. Last year I bought one through the same advertisement on Ozbargain and that’s started the nightmare. In result, I called customer service 3 times to have it fixed due to not start, e4 error code and water leak issue. I ended up bought a new xxxx from the good buyers even without any discount because I was so frustrated with delonghi. Although customer service is good, but do you really want to spend a day stay at home waiting for some one to fix the machine every months? Just stay away from delonghi dishwasher.
I had a similar issue with Blanco. The builder used Blanco for the oven. so we decided to purchase a Blanco dishwasher. After 2 repairs, they ended giving us a newer model. Then the oven started playing up. They fixed everything even after the warranty was expired. I was pleased with the service.
Every brand has a problem.
I bought this model 3 months ago and have been using it since. It seems to be very good. The cycle times are quite long and you need to turn on the dry mode every time or there will still be water on everything, but it cleans very well. The price was $200 then.

Likewise. No complaints. I know someone who bought one at regular price years ago, and has had no issues. So for me at $200 it was a no brainer - very happy with ours so far.

Good luck with it. Such a low price for a dishwasher. Even if something does go wrong with it, it's a low value item & you still have the warranty straight from the supplier DeLonghi.

Customer support is a mess. Bought one 10 days ago and after multiple attempts with DeLonghi support they finally shipped the package only to find out its stuck somewhere, tried to contact support again they stopped replying and strangely chat doesn't work on their website.
