Australian Government call centres do. Employees were required to log WHENEVER they weren’t taking a call and for what reason and this reflected in your overall rating. Essentially, if you took a toilet break, you wouldn’t receive 100% efficiency for the week.

I paid $265 for mine in Nov 2017 with the HN Amex cashback which I thought was a fair price back then. They really need a price drop (even though they know they don't need to)
