(referring to the protein powder) A lot of these brands actual protein content is nowhere near what they claim (as this whole industry in aus is unregulated) and are pretty expensive as is.

They have been independently tested (by a third party doing wide testing from many different brands) to actually contain what they say it does and for example with WPI i couldnt find anything cheaper on this website - even from random brands i have never heard of.
IMO they also taste good if youre worried about that too. there are plenty of brands that just taste nasty or the texture is really off putting
Thanks Pyrock - yes actually the RAW brand is also independently tested and is also a bulk no BS brand. The protein comes in 3kg bags at a good price. The taste and texture is awesome and this is our best selling protein :) Hope this helps!
