  Have one of these at my workplace. Find it hard to believe it could be $579 RRP, it's a pretty average unit.

  Not a great experience. I recently ordered the silver color. The machine arrived with the milk container missing and machine not working (water connection blocked etc.). So all this time wasted and now all I can arrange is refund. Thought the Refurbished stock meant that at least it will be a working machine but unfortunately not so.
