Just to confirm, this is Super Cheap Auto Store?
Is this from a catalog? Can't see it on their website… nothing in their clearance nor catalog specials.
Also is this Australia wide?

yes… its that one… top link on last page
Cheers mate :)
MULTIBUYYYY
does any one have any idea on how long they can last unused?
I think as long as the gauge shows enough pressure, it's still ok.
I have an aerosol can style fire extinguisher in my car and it does have a discharge by/use by date (April 2010, bought in 2008). I suspect this date is more to do with certification and the fact that it doesn't have a pressure gauge. I might pick up a couple of these extinguishers at Super Cheap.
are these water or dry chemical extingishers? doesnt say
A good question. But I think water based extinguishers for the home are rare due to them not being able to be used on electrics. I think they are all powder based.
well would lie to know forsure what they are b4 i pick up my donkey and take a trek down
As it says in the description 1A:10B:E
Which is a - 0.75kg DCP ABE - Dry chemical extingusher.
1kg extinguishers are a tad on the small size except for small kitchen or automotive fires
0.75kg???
i dunno
automotive fires
Supercheap is an automotive store so that is what these are intended for.
I am pretty sure you would have this in your car. Street/drag cars have mini extinguishers. My dads Capri had one. It might have been a requirement to race.
This will be great if I ever experience a 2 for 1 fire
You can have one in each hand like a gunslinger. :)
These should be compulsory in cars. Never know when you'll need one. Great price, +1 vote. Put one in your car and 1 in your missus's car.
Why put one in the missus' car for…?
Yeah, you should put 2 in the missus's car.
Yes….now I can light 2 fires and feel at ease.
Make sure these extinguishers aren't made in Britain :P
Subject: Fire! Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you of a fire that has broken out on the premises of 123 Cavendon Road… no, that's too formal.
[deletes text, starts again]
IT Crowd reference… NICE!
You may have to call 0118 999 881 999 119 725…3!
I bought might yesterday!
OOO… I want one, make that 2 now.
Sold out at the Noarlunga SA store. Aerosol can fire extinguisher is $24.99. Feh.
Who will be first to mention price in title?
will it be you?
Ahh crap it was me!
