    For the amex offers do younsimply open an amex card and they email you cashback offers or do you spend on the card and save up the cashback offers?

      you have to have an existing amex card (which is eligible for the offer), save the offer to your card, spend money on card at said store for the offer and wait for the cashback.

      as long as you saved the offers to your amex prior to ordering, you should get an email from amex that you have met the criteria for the cashback. I got the cashback on my amex the next day as 2 credits, $150 & $50. 75" is arriving on thursday! :)
