also check out the PS3 truth or lies microphone pack for $20 free delivery - not sure what the game is like but it includes 2 x singstar microphones seems like a bargain to me.

The last GHIII at top ride was $12.50 but sold. Otherwise I know Brookvale Big W has the Guitar Herow III legends of rock. 2 controller and game pack $20. GH5 bundle was $20 and GHWT bundle was $30. Top Ryde after 75% off.
I also noticed online Big W currently have Guitar Hero 5 & Warriors of Rock for $20 and $25 respectively, with free shipping on both. Decent price for a local shop, at least.
