Agree with Ian. Most of Sydneys population is made up of recent immigrants to the country and refugees, they just aren't interested in the game or arent aware/understand/care about the rivalry between our states.
If QLD had an 80,000 seat stadium it would still sell out. State of Origin games at Suncorp sell out within the first couple of hours of sale.

Agree that QLD are more passionate about the game, but I would go for this one, but even at 2 for 1, I can't afford it at this stage. Sydney is just a bloody expensive place to live in.

Pretty good opportunity to get the kids/mates down to watch a live game. And this is the best of the best in league. I'd buy if I was in Sydney.
Anyone know if we can buy multiple seats sitting next to each other?
Eg if I buy 5 lots of two tickets, will they just be scattered all around or will they be together? I can't find any info about this on the website
Found the answer myself… you CAN get multiple seats sitting next to each other. I tried booking it, and you can get up to 8 seats together
Looking at the NSW team picked today, these tickets might be 10 for 1 after NSW get lapped in the first game.
How Mitchell Pearce got picked is almost as amazing as Aiden Tolman being left out….
No wonder NSW SUCK they can't even fill a stadium!!!
