on the price ticket it says "Personalised jar". Is this like the Cadbury blocks that KMart did at Xmas where they print your name on a sticker??
I know they were offering personalized name stickers a few weeks back so suspect this is stock they got in for that promotion and now the promotion is over they need to move all the extra stock .

Seems quite expensive?
I don't buy vegemite.I can't stand the taste. But I thought its price was comparable to peanut butter, and I wouldn't consider 450g of peanut butter for $6 a good deal.
It's a cheaper unit price ($1.32 per 100g) than the 560g jar ($1.43 per 100g @ Coles) and the 950g bucket ($1.56 per 100g @ Costco).
