Lol of course this nuffie is into Butterfield. Dude just parrots talking points that have already been discussed thoroughly by better, more entertaining commentators.

  • what's the normal prices?

Varies per performer - Will Anderson for instance is up to $54.80 per ticket.

Wil Anderson would have to pay me to sit through his show.

I bought tix for Stephen K Amos. I like him.

        • Went to see K Amos few years ago. He spent like 20min stuck on a improvised joke about glad wrap. Glad I didn't pay for the tickets…

        • It's rumored this is Amos's last show?

Wondering how much it is normally. $24 seems like normal price, I've always only paid a couple of $ through promotix.
At $10 I would have stocked up, but $24, I will wait & see for free tix…

  • Highly recommend Paul Foot. Been to see him twice now, completely new sets each time. Really good tangential absurdist humour thats not just contrived cliche randomness.

    political correctness killed comedy

    • You obviously don't follow the comedy scene too closely then. Anthony Jeselnik has a show in the festival and he had a TV show called 'The Jeselnik Offensive' that ran segments such as one where they would have audience members guess the pronunciation of African American names.

Don't really care enough to look tbh, but if someone in the know could be kind enough, does this include seeing that Isaac Butterfield dude? He's doing some Melbourne comedy tour thing or whatever soonish, could be this. I'd gladly pay 24 bucks to see him go on a good rant live.

      It's one click and scroll..

      • It's so easy you couldn't be bothered doing it, and instead could be bothered telling me how easy it is, getting a response from me in the progress, and wasting more of both of our time. Love it.

  • Why isn’t the infamous BF included? You have to pay it anyway and it’s fixed.

Venues and organisers are like eg. “here’s a nice $20+BF thing”, then it turns out $120 for 5 people. Not cool at all.

  • Is there any easy way to filter to see only the $24 shows?
