Not worth it! Battery life on these buds is absolute toilet

  • I just want a Gordon Ramsay app that screams obscenities at myself

  • +1

As above, battery life is terrible on the v1 and was vastly improved on the v2 (2018 version).

Also, the item description states it doesn't have the retail packaging if that's important to anyone.

  • +1 on the battery. Biggest problem is - they never turn off until battery is depleted (although it is disconnected from phone). So in the case, it will continue to suck juice from the battery case until they both run out.

    • Least they don’t explode. Always a positive for Samsung products.

      • Fair enough 🙂

      • Note7

    • Funny just noticed that a user reported the same issue from the sennheiser momentum in that thread

      • A lot of the wireless buds do this apparently. My other pair, Sony WF-1000X also does this as well but not to the same level as the IconX. The Sony's will totally discharge in about 5-6 days of no usage. My 1st Gen IconX will totally discharge in 3-4 days of no usage.

        • My airpods have lasted more than a month sorting in the case, then was able to charge it a few times too. Guessing airpods don't have this issue

  • measures your heart rate, distance, speed and calories burnt from directly inside your ear

    Cool story.
