  • I have a pair, fantastic headphones but for the little bit more I would be going with the MX3 Sonys if I needed a new pair.

    • +3

That's true the MX3s are great. I guess the benefit is if people prefer the portability/concealment of these in-ears vs a full set of headphones.

Comparison from a technical review site Sennheiser vs. Sonys

    • Apples/oranges.

Buds versus Over-ear headphones? Chalk and Cheese..

  • What's the fastest way to sign up to Qantas and get 2000 points? 😅 This deal is great

    • +1

I remember Coles points can be transferred.
Or just buy from other ppl.

Looks like this link still works for free QFF membership.

I know there is a marketplace for buying QFF points at ~1c per point (i.e. $20 for 2,000 QFF pts)

  • How does it compare to this deal?
    Which one to buy?

    • +1

I was torn between the two this morning however after some research, I ended up with the Sennheiser's.
From the feedback and reviews, it appears the Momentum True Wireless have amongst the best for sound quality within this class - alongside the M&D MW07.
In comparison, whilst doesn't excel in sound quality, the Jabra Elite 65t provides superior call quality and battery life.

I got these from the January Qantas deal. Here is my quick review:

Sound quality is excellent. Neutral soundstage which can be changed with equaliser in the app.

Fit, perfect for me doesn't fall out and isn't too big for my ears like the Jabra Elites.

Case, a little bulky compared to Airpods but nice material finish and does the job.

Battery life is as stated around 4 hours per charge.

Overall super happy with them, except… The buds eat up charge while in the case, so if you don't use them for around 4-6 days the case has no charge. So you put the buds back in what you think is a freshly charged case and because they rely on the signal from the case to 'turn off' they remain connected. According to Reddit, a firmware update is in the works to fix this issue, it can't come soon enough.
