  I get the same error, "You are not eligible for this promotion." yet my birthday is in February…
  Can't find anywhere on Qantas website to change birthday either.

    Received it by email with bunch of other offers, are you subscribed to newsletters? Either way if you need to buy something n your bday is in feb contact qantas store ask why your not eligible

  My wife's born in Feb but why can't she used this code?

  Same as I, when it was my birthday month in last Sep, I couldn't use the respective code for that month.

  I called up to ask, was told you need to be targeted for the code to be activated on your account.
