Keep in mind that this is the UK version which works on all Australian PS3s.
This is a massive price drop and may be a pricing error (their website advertisements claim prices start from ~24 pounds, or it's price matching another competitor which I've yet to find.
Either way it's a massive bargain and finally makes this great game affordable.
PC version is around 4 dollars cheaper.

ps3 is completely region free, there's no issues with buying ps3 games/accessories from overseas.

from DVD.co.uk, you can get black ops shipped at less than au$40 (PS3 version, for xb360, the price is similar to Game's ).
it is becoming affordable, only because it is an "old" game now. just like another great game, red dead redemption is very cheap now.
imo, Gamecafe is only good for people who dont know ps3 is region free. i dont use it after tried a couple of times and find the prices were not updated.

dvd.co.uk removes VAT when you spend over £18 so the £30.98 becomes £25.55
