Surely they've never tried charging for this????

  • +2

I don’t think they normally charge for it. Great tournament to watch though. If you have time off

  • How do you get tickets ?

    • +4

No tickets required, free entry….. just walk in through the open gates…… reminder, always take your cold water, hat & suntan lotion….. plus wear below the knee pants as the seats can get very hot, being outside court seats.

Girls don't wear pants anymore? Ok

          • @Rigby: I think KaptnKaos was jokingly eluding to the summer attire worn on a regular basis these days (ie those really short jean shorts things). I think?

        • +6

Mmm yes thank you for the trend update - I've taken a pair of scissors to all of my jeans, tights and activewear, and hacked them off at the knee now.

Of course, it caters for those who don't have full time jobs…

    • Just link Centrelink.

So all sport must be played outside of 9-5?

    • Or would suit people who could take a day off from work..

  • +4

I wish I had time to be there and watch a live match. What a life as a wage slave.

  • How are the standard of the matches?

  • Good for teachers not planning their classes

    This is free normally?
