First post…so do be nice…
Perfectly good pieces of ham, salami, pastrami, prosciutto, cheese etc.
Bought half a kg myself just because too much cured meat might not be good for you.

I'm sorry man it's in Bondi Junction Sydney
Shhh I'm searching for cheap tiger flights ;-)
You might want to add [Syd] in the title…but after I book my flights :-P
I sometimes buy this assorted offering too, but only enough for two days, because they are usually end pieces and don't have much lasting power. My husband calls it mystery meat because it's a bit of a jumble.

Reminds me of the time the family was going away on holidays and i had about 200 grams of salami in the fridge that needed to be used up.. had it for dinner… i don't think i've ever had a more memorable bowel movement than the one after that meal…
The cheese that's included here might make it even more "memorable" if that's your thing…
Anyway I meant from a long term perspective with all the nitrates and curing process causing carcinogenic properties…but who knows - one day saturated fats is good for you, the next day research shows it's not and then voila the third day it's bad for you again.
It does freeze nicely….perfect for pizza
The freezer is your friend but don’t turn mystery meat into mystery frozen lump you discover several years from now and think “what is it?”.
Is this in Syd/NSW? Pleaae say no, it's in Melb
